First Amendment Rights on Trial in Oklahoma City

Today, Sam Adams Alliance Senior Advisor Paul Jacob and the rest of the "Oklahoma 3" will plead not-guilty--again--on charges that they conspired to break a state law during a 2005 petition drive. OK Attorney General Drew Edmondson plans to use this case to make an example of those who would seek to change their government by the citizen petitioning process.

Free Paul Jacob publicity tour begins on Monday

Following the second arraignment of "The Oklahoma 3" in Oklahoma City, Sam Adams Alliance senior advisor Paul Jacob will begin a publicity tour around the country, informing people about the citizen's initiative process and how important it is in a thriving representative democracy.
